Caldwell County Schools has enabled the password reset feature for parent portal accounts.
This tool will allow portal account users to reset their own password in the event the password is forgotten.
Upon your first login to the portal after this tool has been enabled, you will be required to setup your security preferences. Once done, you will not be required to perform this step again. If you have difficulty or still cannot reset your password, please request assistance through email (infinite.campus@caldwell.kyschools.us). Include your full name (first, middle, last), phone number, student's name, school student attends, and a description of your issue. We will respond to your request as soon as we can.
